The Owls Nest in Lily Dale, NY - Lavender Room

This site offers one of two spacious and clean bedrooms with queen beds, a common room, a shared bathroom, a porch, and a gazebo. Our other room is the Blue Room, which is also listed on Airbnb. We are located in the Spiritualist community of Lily Dale. There is a daily $15 gate fee per person during season. The occupancy tax is part of the room price. Wifi is provided by a Deco mesh network for high speed internet. The space We are one of the very few homes in Lily Dale that have substantial outdoor area around the house. We are also very close to the Lyceum, Children's Acre, and Stump. We are also near the National Comedy Center, various wine trails and craft breweries, Chautauqua Institution and various restaurants. Guest access Guests are welcome in the upstairs bedroom areas, including common room. There is also a gazebo for everyone's use on the west side but please be considerate of our neighbors. There is also a more private outdoor sitting area on the east side of the house. There is parking for two cars in the left driveway. During your stay We absolutely would like to meet and speak with our guests. However, we respect other's privacy and we do have other commitments. Other things to note Lily Dale has some rules, including no alcohol in public places on the grounds. However, we have the gazebo and there are some fine drinking establishments close by.
