Comfort is simple and basic but sufficient for a stay of a few weeks to a few months. Bedroom N°2 is about 15m2, is upstairs and has a balcony directly overlooking the garden (shared with the room next door). It also has a very nice old marble fireplace. The house is really great and is located in the Montcalm district, next to the largest park in the city and close to the historic center. Very well served with two tram lines (line 2 "Mas Drevon" stop or line 5 "Place du 8 Mai" stop) and 4 bus lines 11, 17, 33 and 38. Very pleasant to live in, the house is large with a green park, in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area. A housekeeper cleans the house once per week (except bedrooms). You share common areas with other students in a nice and friendly atmosphere. There is a large living room for meals, a kitchen, a laundry room, 2WC and a bathroom.
