Welcome To "CASA VERDE". Idyllic 40's Valley Bungalow in residential neighborhood with beautiful lush garden. Very quiet. Queen bedroom facing back yard, I bathroom with bathtub, one kitchen with laundry room leading out to the back yard. Office with 2 desks. Fruit trees, pond, fence with electric gate for security. 5 minute car ride to shops and restaurants on Ventura Blvd in Sherman oaks and Studio City and to the 101 and 405 freeway. The space The house is private, the yard is shared. The owner reserves the right to access the garage. A cabana in the backyard might be occupied as well. All occupants of the property (main house and cabana) can access the jacuzzi and sauna, however with respect to everyones privacy. Only tenants allowed to use the facilities, no additional guests allowed. A friendly outdoor cat lives in the yard and the garage. A dog might be in the garden. Street parking. Guest access In person or virtual check-in Other things to note Longterm tenants are welcome, however a proper care in form of a regularly scheduled cleaning service (every two weeks) is mandatory. The long term tenant is not allowed to clutter the yard, move items around or change the furniture and landscape without permission. Suitable for guests 30 years and older.
