Quaint 17th century cottage in the Cotswolds market town of Chipping Norton, sleeps up to 6 guests across one master double bedroom, one small double and a large sofa bed in the attic room. Situated in the oldest part next to the church, the location is extremely quiet with countryside walks right on the doorstep, 15 mins to Soho Farmhouse & Daylesford, 25 mins to Blenheim Palace. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and wood stove in the sitting area. The space Little Nook Cottage has period features and has been furnished sympathetically. In the 17th century it was originally a barn. Situated just off the picturesque Diston’s Lane down a little walk way in a small enclosed space with doors to 3 other properties. The property only has one bathroom, therefore better suited to 4 guests, but the attic does have a large comfortable pull out third double bed. The attic room has no door but thick curtains instead that can partition it into a private bedroom. The TV has regular channels available via Freesat and a Google TV (white little box) enabling options to sign into Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Disney etc. Cables are also available to connect to a laptop. PLEASE NOTE: - Please notify us if you are booking for two guests but require a second bed, or three guests and require a third bed - there will be an additional charge of £30 to cover the extra linen set. (This is so we can keep regular booking costs down as much as possible). Bookings above 3 people already have these extra linen costs factored into the price. - Additionally if we’re not notified of needing a second or third bed but they are used then an additional charge of £30 per extra bed used will be applied. - The ground floor stairwell is not suitable for small children to use alone. - There is no garden.
