Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. - Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age. - Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. - No RV or motor home parking allowed at this resort. When Checking In: A photo identification, credit card for $100 security deposit and a nightly $25 plus tax resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes WiFi, 24 hour fitness center, pools, dvd rentals, seasonal activities, garden gas grills, 24 hour lobby coffee, tea and cocoa, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing. A detailed confirmation letter with check in instructions, late arrival info and local contact info will be sent via email once you've paid your reservation in full. PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation will be made in the name of the person making the purchase, if additional names need to be added to your reservation for check in purposes (arriving on different flights, etc), please notify us at the time of purchase or at least 7 days prior to arrival date of the additional names that should be permitted to check in. If a name is not on the reservation they will not be permitted to check in, no exceptions.
