The house, a 2 bed/2 bath gem, is located in a quiet neighbourhood just a short walking distance from shops & restaurants. The space The living space offers an open plan layout, surfboard rack, sofa and occasional chairs, coffee table, and dining table for 6. The separate TV room has a 42’ TV with always on Fibre broadband WiFi and Chromecast. This room (naturally, air-conditioned as well) leads out onto the deck, where you'll find an outdoor bench table for 6, a fire pit and BBQ/braai with additional outdoor chairs - all you need in order to enjoy the breeze and the lush garden. Both living areas have heaters for the cooler months so you can snuggle up and enjoy! A small work station is equipped with a desk and chair, and stable 7Mb internet. The kitchen is elegantly designed and fully equipped with oven and stove, microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware and all the amenities needed for up to 4 people. It features a central preparation counter with bar stools, which is great for seating the family and children for a quick meal or breakfast. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, cotton sheets, extra pillows and blankets, dressing table with large mirror and hairdryer. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with a his and hers double volume shower. In the second suite you will find a comfortable double bed, cupboard space, small vanity and mirror. The bathroom is conveniently located across the passage. The enclosed garden is perfect for 2 small-sized pets with safe off-street parking. AloJbay is perfect for surf trips and family beach holidays. For more than 4 people, we can accommodate an extra 4 guests in the separate, adjoining studio – please let us know! Guest access You will have the entire cottage and enclosed garden to yourself. Secure parking inside the property for up to 2 cars. Ample off-street parking if required.
