The Magic Red Barn with Heated Salt Pool

Stay in a renovated 1,000 sq ft luxury loft on the second floor of a private barn featuring: 1 king, 2 queen, 1 toddler bed, full kitchen (half-size fridge, mini freezer), microwave, and full-size oven. Ideal for guests seeking escape. Enjoy complete privacy—no other guests. Fiber optic Wi-Fi. The space This spacious, open-plan space is located in a private building on the second floor, without an elevator. It’s a 100% fun, open-plan concept. Amenities include: -A large fenced salt water heated pool, shared with the owner, that closes at the end of October and opens beginning of May. Please confirm prior to booking. -A cedar hot tub for 4-5 people, available only in late fall to early spring with a 48-hour advance request and weather permitting. Please confirm prior to booking as it is not always available. -Two rustic fire pits, along with six red Adirondack chairs, in a charming clearing. -A small rustic charcoal Weber grill. -Two picnic tables for 6-8 people (do not use the one next to the main house), under the maple trees near the swing. -A playground exclusively for kids. -Hammocks spread around the property. -Beautiful patches of wildflowers for your enjoyment and photos. Nature is at its best. Various board games, wood logs, and a basket for s’mores are provided (for one evening) with a 48-hour advance request. Please don’t forget to ask prior to your arrival. Always inspect the playground and hammocks for safety before use, as they are subject to the elements. Guest access Guests have access to most of the grounds, except where signs indicate private property. Parties are not allowed, and only guests on the reservation are permitted. There are two parking spaces on-site for guests. Please park where it is marked. If you need more than two spaces, please contact me. Other things to note No smoking inside or on the property, including in the garden. No shoes are allowed inside. No parties are permitted. No outside guests are allowed. One small pet is allowed per booking, subject to approval. A $200 fee applies. Please mention the pet when you book.
