A modern light filled beach house, ‘Seasalt’ is just 3 minutes walk from Widemouth Bay’s lifeguarded surf beach and rock pools, with two beach cafes, three restaurants and a small shop all within easy walking distance. Bude is a five minute drive with many shops, supermarkets, cafes and art galleries as well as two fantastic beaches and a canal. Attractions such as The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tintagel Castle all wIthin a 30-40 minute drive with The Eden project and Padstow within an hour. The space Built in 2017, ‘Seasalt’ is is a modern, stylish beach house. The double-height vaulted ceiling of the kitchen / dining / living area opens onto the patio for easy indoor / outdoor living, whilst the separate living room provides an escape of peace and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including complimentary tea and coffee and basic store cupboard provisions. Seasalt’s 4 double-bedrooms (2 with super king beds), 1 with king bed and a twin option for 1 bedroom) and 3 modern bath / shower rooms ensure 8 people can comfortably relax. Upstairs is one Super king bed room with views at the back to the pretty church and fields and the front own to the sea. The second king bed has a window overlooking the patio and they both have access to a stylish bathroom. Downstairs is the main Super king bed room with en suite shower room and a second twin room. There is a large walk in shower room great for easy access. The large patio area and garden allows you to happily enjoy al fresco living and garden games in the summer, whilst the modern wooden burner will keep you snug in winter. Please note that we can only accept 7 day bookings with a Saturday changeover between 29 June & 31 August. Guest access All of the house is available to use, apart from a locked cupboard with personal belongings. Downstairs there is a cupboard to store the hoover, bulbs and sun loungers etc. Other things to note Please note in July and August check in and check out is Saturday only. EV Charging is available for an extra one-off charge of £60 (subject to a maximum usage of 200kw; additional usage is charged at £0.45 per kw). Guests should contact the host to arrange payment and then they will be provided with an access PIN. You will need your own charging cable.
