The space The total amount already includes the mandatory city tourist tax (a fee of €3 per person per night, up to a maximum of seven nights). In this space you will feel like you are in your own home. It has all amenities for a great stay. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms (for heating and cooling), televisions in the bedrooms, and in the SmartTV room with Netflix included, washing machine and dryer. It is a house with two fronts and a small patio with tables and chairs where you can relax. There is also space to park a car inside the courtyard (note: maximum 5 meters long). Automatic gate. There is always free parking outside. Guest access Guests (up to 6 guests) will have full access to the lower floor of the house. ATTENTION : The attic is only accessible when reservations for 7 or more guests are confirmed. In the attic there are two small bedrooms: - Bedroom No. 4 with a double bed (only open when the reservation is for 8 or 9 guests) - Bedroom No. 5 with a single bed (only open when the reservation is for 7 or 9 guests) Access to the attic is via electric/automatic accordion stairs. When the stairs are open, they partially limit the passage to the downstairs rooms (see photos). These stairs are not suitable for children under 7, the elderly, or those with limited mobility. Other things to note The city's tourist tax is €2.5 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights). This amount is mandatory and is for the municipality and is already included in the reservation, so guests will no longer have to pay it at check-in. No smoking inside. No pets allowed. The house is not suitable for guests using a wheelchair.
