Facilities in the area: bus station about 500 m away, to both directions (Constanta - Mamaia Nord); at the same distance there are Profi and Mega Image supermarkets + a pharmacy; along the beaches there are also self-service restaurants. Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. It is located in a new building, commissioned in 2019, everything is new, being rented this season! The building is also equipped with surveillance cameras both outside and inside, so we can guarantee the comfort and security you need. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 Queen Size), an open space kitchen and a living room with an extendable sofa (140 x 190), also having in its compartment a bathroom (with shower cabin) and a balcony with two entrances, specially designed for smokers and for people who want to enjoy their coffee in the sea air.
