Domaine Cassevinha – Vacation home

Independent vacation home, located on the property, quiet with a nice park, close to a small well-equipped village (restaurant, bakery, grocery store, wine bar). It offers all the comforts for two or three people, 1 beautiful bedroom and a living room/bedroom, shower room, separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The property's swimming pool is open access and is common to the vacation home and guest rooms (under renovation). Independent parking on the property. The space The vacation home is independent (48 m²) and has its own terrace, sails and garden (1000 m²). The 12 x 6 m salt pool is cleaned every day and is located between the vacation home and our home (opposite), a late 19th century Girondin. The area is very quiet without being isolated, ideal for relaxing. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, except in the event of a thunderstorm or strong wind when it is covered with its rigid curtain. We offer a bike to go get bread or croissants in the morning in the bakery of the village which is 900 m away. Other things to note Access to the children's pool is the sole responsibility of parents or guardians. We provide a large buoy and 1 balloon. Eating on the terrace or using dress shoes is not allowed. The liner is brand new. We provide a "baby" kit on request, baby crib + highchair + potty and/or booster or 90 cm mattress for older children.
