It has 85 acres surrounding it with wildlife and a unique ecosystem. The home is a 4 bedroom, colonial style, story and a half home with the famous Guadalupe river in front. It is 5 miles from the town of Gruene, that has great shopping and eating places plus it’s about 15 miles from the San Marcos outlet mall and Canyon Lake. The space This spacious story and a half cottage style home has 4 bedrooms, with the Guadalupe River in front for boating and tubing. The house is surrounded by a beautiful yard of mature pecan and oak trees, and populated by singing birds and abundant deer, giving it a scenic atmosphere. Bring your camera!!There are 85 acres in total around this home with hiking along the river and in the hillside behind the house and along the river. Guest access Guests have access to the house, the river, yard around the house, plus land behind the house which is great for hiking. Other things to note Access is via a private road (Laurel Cliff Drive) that is shared with my neighbors . Please drive quietly!
