Private apartment in Sandviken with balcony
Description
Welcome to our apartment in Sandviken with a bedroom and private balcony. We live in a cozy Bergen house from 1890, just a 15-minute walk from Bergen city center. Here we live with our dog Gaia, who is a white labrador. Since this is our home, you will find most of the amenities and equipment here. We hope you will enjoy your stay. The space Skuteviken is part of Sandviken; an area consisting mainly of old, white wooden houses and brick streets. Sandviken is a sight in itself when visiting Bergen, and it is even more pleasant to be able to stay here. During your stay, you must take time to stroll around the streets of Sandviken, look at old nice wooden houses, pat cats and take a walk in Fjellveien overlooking the whole of Bergen. We live within walking distance of Fløyen, and take regular trips there ourselves. For the slightly more energetic guests, we can recommend Stoltzekleiven, which is located similarly close to the apartment. You will find Gamle Bergen, an outdoor museum with old buildings and cultural history, about 30 minutes walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can easily take the bus to the place. On sunny days you can take advantage of two public jetties close to the apartment; Skuteviken Kai (also called Bosskaien) and Sandviken Brygge. Guest access When you stay with us you can freely use all rooms in the apartment, except for the previous guest room. Since this is our home, you will find our private belongings in the apartment, and you are very welcome to use most of what you find. Examples of items you can use are TV, sound system, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The former guest room is closed because we don't have a bed there anymore. Some cabinets and chests of drawers will also be closed to our guests, but these will be clearly marked. Other things to note Unfortunately, we do not have a wardrobe available for our guests at this time. NB: We have a dog that smokes, please be aware of allergies
