The space This freshly renovated 19 square meter studio apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Riga - two comfortable single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed, fresh sheets and towels, Wi-Fi, small kitchen with fridge, stove and basic equipment for cooking, coffee machine, filtered drinking water, bathroom with a shower and toilet and all the basic necessities. The TV is now functioning and you can use our Netflix account or other streaming platforms with your own accounts. Guest access Guests will have full access to entire unit Other things to note Apartment is located on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. It is a small apartment - 17 square meters. Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information). There is paid street parking by the building - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free. Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
