Situated at the 7th floor with a beautiful view on garden, pools, canals and the sea. 3 guarded pools open mid may to mid october, 2 tennis courts, kids playing area, gardens, bar, tavern, restaurant, supermarket. Free parking. 5 minutes from the beach of Santa Margarida. Ideal for kids. NO PETS: I AM ALLERGIC. I have other flats where they are welcome. The space The building is facing the sea and surrounded by the canals of Santa Margarida, which is also a yacht club and the home of most of the sailboats of the region. There is another marina at Empuriabrava, but sailboats have no access because of the bridges. The building is bordering the beautiful national park of the Aiguemolls. There are plenty of natural attractions nearby and also plenty of entertainment: aqua park, an indoor pool where one can learn and practice surf, the aero club with its wind tunnel and skydiving experiences for all tastes. Between Roses and Empuriabrava you have the embarrassment of choice, gastronomically speaking.
