Welcome to your home away from home! Villa Frasoro is a family-owned, newly-built, modern villa located at the heart of Ohrid. Our family is passionate about providing a spectacular experience for our guests with full comfort and safety. You can find yourself taking short walks to attractions like the stunning Ohrid lake, the main square and old bazaar, Kaneo, Samuel's Fortress, Ancient Theatre, some beaches, and more picturesque spots. Our Mom and Dad can't wait to see you! The space **THE APARTMENTS We are known to have super clean, airy, and bright rooms with tons of natural light and good ventilation from hallways and room windows. We offer gorgeous double (for 2 pax), triple (for 3 pax), and quadruple (for 4 pax) rooms for our different types of guests who are families, tourists, friends, and business travelers. The balconies of the double rooms are overlooking the Samuel Fortress. **THE ROOM & ITS FEATURES - This triple room (room for 3 persons) is with 3 single beds - Wifi - Smart TV - Refrigerator - Electric Kettle - Stocked bathroom with all the essentials - Fresh towels, crisp linens, and soft pillows - Cezve (Turkish coffee kettle) - Coat Rack - Hair Dryer - Cabinet - AC/Heater - Free Parking - This room has no balcony **DEEP SANITIZATION BEFORE EVERY STAY Our guests' health and safety are extremely important to us and we are very meticulous in preparing the room for your arrivals. In light of the recent health concerns, we make sure that we do additional sanitization in addition to our normal cleaning after every guest checks out. **COMPLIMENTARY Enjoy the little extras we provide in the room like shampoos, shower gels, soap, indoor slippers, hangers, stick coffees, and cookies. **SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and Villa Frasoro's indoor premises. **CHECK-IN/ CHECK OUT Check-in time is any time after 2 PM. Check-out time is any time before 10 AM. This means that we treat our guests like family and that their happiness and well-being are our top priority. Other things to note **HOUSE RULES We love our home and we hope you'll come to love it too. To ensure a pleasant, safe, and enjoyable stay for our guests, we strive to provide a room that is clean and comfortable. In this regard, may we request your cooperation in following our House Rules: - Please don't smoke or vape inside the villa. - Please report any defect, damage, stains, or spills in the room immediately. - Towels are changed every three (3) days. - Beddings are changed every five (5) days. - Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please depart the room on time and in a tidy state. The room keys and access card must be returned upon departure. - Cleaning is done by mutual agreement, so as not to disturb your rest. This agreement will depend on your needs and the length of your stay. - No loud music, partying and screaming, or any kind of noise inside the villa as it would disturb other guests. #lovethyneighbors - Let's help conserve energy by turning off the lights and ac whenever you go out or are not in use. - AC must be turned off when the balcony door or windows are open - Cooking or frying is not allowed in the room - To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we've installed CCTV cameras in the villa's common areas. - Last and the most important rule, enjoy your stay and have a good time in the beautiful city of Ohrid.
