The space The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: - A large and very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep - Large fold-out double sofa - Black out curtains - A kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, mini fridge, tableware and utensils (if necessary, we provide an electric stove or a multicooker) - Stylish bathroom with shower and warm floor (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, micellar water, cotton sponges and sticks, hairdryer are provided) - Flat-screen TV with cable channels - Wi-Fi Large wardrobe - Ironing set (ironing board and iron) Before each check-in, high-quality cleaning is carried out (using disinfectants). Fresh bed linen and towels will be waiting for you. The studio is on the FIRST floor. With a separate entrance, which means no stairs, elevators, or front doors) The studio is very warm, but we also provide an additional heater. Guest access Guests can use everything in the studio. Other things to note Smoking inside the studio is strictly forbidden! There is a fine for this (5000 rubles). A smoking area is provided outside, it's a good thing it's on the first floor and you don't have to walk far)
