Private studio inside our family home in Newtown

This private studio is inside our family home. The studio is 25m2 and has its own private entrance. Step out of your room into the main hallway of our house to enter your private bathroom. A partition separates your bathroom from the rest of our home for complete privacy. You have a kitchenette (no kitchen sink) and Queen bed in opposite corners of the room, leaving the rest of the room as a living area with 2 sofas and a TV. Wifi is superfast at 250mbps The space You have the studio and bathroom all to yourself. As there is no kitchen sink it is like a hotel room in that your only access to drinking water is the small sink in the bathroom. Please don’t wash dishes in the sink - I am happy to put your dishes in the dishwasher and have provided instructions for dishwashing if you prefer. Tea and coffee are provided as well as milk, fruit, cornflakes and muesli. Your kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine We have added a bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your own music. There is a heater and ceiling fan in your room. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance to the studio and can lock the door to the hallway. The entrance to your bathroom is in the main hallway, but is separated from the rest of our house by a partition. Please respect our privacy by not coming past the partition. Other things to note Please note, there is no kitchen sink in your studio. I am happy to put your dishes in our dishwasher, or if you prefer, there is a washing up basin that you can fill with the shower head and empty into the toilet (not after 9pm please by reason of noise). Please turn the bathroom fan off at night. We also kindly request that you do not put glass or ceramic near the bathroom sink incase you chip it and please don’t empty water with food scraps into the sink or down the shower grate as this blocks them and makes them difficult to clean. We are friendly and welcoming and will consider any requests to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible.
