Beautiful clean peaceful room in a home with an energy of zen and calm. Suitable for 1/2 guests (additional guest pays extra). Close to Truro City Centre (20 minutes walk) The County Arms Pub (5 minutes walk) Loe Beach 10 minutes.Perranporth Beach (15 minutes by car) Truro Train Station (10 minutes walking distance) . Centrally located for all amenities... Very useful if you are visiting friends or relatives at The Royal Cornwall Hospital (walking distance from the hospital 15 minutes) The space The house, is well appointed with easy access to all attractions in and around Cornwall. This is a beautiful part of England and there is so much to do here. If you love walks, cycling, beaches, pubs, local food - you will find plenty to do. The house is not overlooked, so you can sit and relax in the garden during the evening, after your day out There are wired smoke alarms in the property/ fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen/carbon monoxide detector in the lounge. (These will all be shown to you when you arrive) First aid equipment is available in the kitchen. Plasters are in the bedside unit in the bedroom. If required, Cornwall Hospital is 5 minutes drive from the house. Truro Train station is 10 minutes walking distance from the house, if you do not want to drive you can take a train from Truro Station, and admire the gorgeous scenery whilst on route to different parts of Cornwall. You will leave Cornwall relaxed and happy as the sea air helps induce a very deep sleep. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask me before you decide to book. I am more than happy to be of assistance whilst you are on your holiday, but I prefer to leave my guests in peace, and I am around if needed. I feel my home is a unique and interesting. The bedding is cotton and the pillows are ethically sourced duck and feather down for comfort. You will be provided with towels and hand towels to use, whilst here. If you require additional towels you will be provided with additional towels. There are no cooking or laundry facilities available. I do not have a tv licence here There is a tv in the room...you can watch Netflix using your own details.... No outdoor shoes are worn in the home.. Guest access Double bedroom, Shower room, Bathroom and garden. use of microwave...(if required) During your stay I like to give my guests the privacy they need whilst they are on holiday. or staying here Other things to note This is a peaceful house, with plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax. On street parking available....
