An open-plan layout has the living area—which features a couch, sleek wooden coffee table and a wide-screen TV with Netflix—sitting alongside a four-person dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the city’s famous culinary scene or cook up a storm, making use of all the modern appliances including a two-burner gas cooktop, oven, fully-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils. A well-lit bedroom features a queen bed dressed in quality linen and in-built, mirrored wardrobes. A pristine, modern bathroom features black-tiled flooring, a shower, large vanity and the convenience of a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself and access to the shared rooftop deck and BBQ facilities. Please make yourself at home! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Standard check-in time for meet-and-greet is from 3pm-8pm. Check-in after 8pm will incur a $35 fee. If you are running late to meet our key handler, please let us know ASAP. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler, as this is what the service charges us. **Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
