Gorgeous Chic Apt on Prime West Village Street

This special apartment is on the 3rd floor of a pre-war townhouse and is truly one-of-a-kind. Beautiful, chic, and packed with thoughtful details. It's located on arguably the best street in NYC with a cafe, laundromat, top bars and restaurants and cobblestone streets just outside the door. The West Village is quaint, gorgeous, and packed with character....this home shares the same qualities. This location has very limited hotels, so it's a rare chance to wake up in the West Village. Enjoy! The space I adore my apartment, which is located on my favorite NYC street in a 19th century townhouse. It's bright, well located, and has gorgeous details. Apartment Details: - superb street (best cafe downstairs!) - pre-war - flooded with natural light - air conditioner - decorative brick fireplace - exposed brick - velvet couch - beautiful design - full bath + luxe shower head - full-length mirror - flat-screen television - track lighting - close to subways A/C/E, 1,2,3,9 trains & citibike - one block from Hudson River! N/A Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment during their stay. Enjoy the West Village's eclectic cafes, top restaurants, cobblestone streets, quaint stores, high-end shopping, cupcake cafes, buzzing bars and fun night life. Steps from Citibike, the Hudson River, the Spotted Pig, Wallse, White Horse Tavern, Frankies 570, The High Line, Magnolia Bakery, Murrays Cheese Shop, and other excellent restaurants/bars/charming stores/high-end shopping. Many options! Very walkable area (my favorite way of getting around). Citibike Subway: 1/2/3/9, A/C/E I always recommend Hopstop for walking, biking and mass transit directions. Their site includes maps, subway recommendations, and a foolproof guide to getting around NYC: (website hidden) A beautiful dog usually lives in the apartment, but he will be with me during your stay! I have a fan in my room which I use at night for white noise--not necessary, but should you want it. Also, there is a Bose wireless stereo should you want to play low music. Note: This is a pre-war building from 1911 and is incredibly charming, but surely worn and loved in place. For example: the pine plank floors are gorgeous and my favorite part, but aged! The heating has never been an issue for me, but you are unable to control the thermostat personally, which is typical for pre-war buildings in NYC. Simple kitchen (half-fridge). None of this is an issue for me, I actually love the quirks and charm, but I want to be transparent so people are clear about what to expect!
