Our apartment is located in the village of Billafingen in Owingen. This is on the ground floor and is not very bright, but pleasantly cool in summer. From the small terrace you can overlook the village and enjoy the fresh country air. Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the Lake Constance region (9 km to Überlingen) – and then away from tourism – back in the hinterland – to unwind. The space The apartment has its own entrance via the small terrace, a living-dining area with kitchen (2-burner stove) and a sofa bed/sofa as well as a washing machine (passage room). A bunk bed for 2 people (preferably children) is located in the hallway (passageway). The bedroom has a double bed (140) and a chest of drawers as well as a large window front. The bathroom is completely new and equipped with a shower and toilet. Please note: Since the house has been completely renovated and a new building has been added, it still has a bit of a construction site feel in some areas. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. If necessary, also for up to 5 people (for example, family with children sleeping on the sofa bed in the kitchen-living room - only on request). A portable crib and highchair can be provided at no extra charge but on request. The price includes 4 people. Only one parking space can be provided per apartment. If you arrive with several cars, they must be parked in the village. The house is located on a steep driveway, and the apartment can be accessed via a staircase. E-Card – Tourist tax: As of January 1, 2024, a tourist tax of €2.00 (adults/night) is charged in Owingen. All overnight guests will receive the genuine Lake Constance Card (financed by the tourist tax) upon check-in on the day of arrival. With your guest card, you will receive exclusive benefits for over 200 cultural and leisure activities around Lake Constance. With your guest card, enjoy free travel by bus and train throughout the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Verkehrsverbund (bodo) area, as well as on other route sections. Other things to note Our house, which has two vacation apartments, is located on a steep hillside and has a steep, narrow driveway.
