Breattitude: top floor apt. with stunning view

La Breattitude is the name of our holiday apartment in Menton. Located in the heart of the old town of Menton, you can rest there while enjoying a magnificent 270° view of the sea, the rooftops and the surrounding mountains. Close to all amenities: Beaches, Shops, Market, Restaurants and Covered Parking are a few steps away. If you want to rent La Breattitude, we would appreciate to discover your answers to our questions indicated at the bottom of "other remarks". The space Newly renovated, our apartment is on the top floor of an old building. All rooms are on the same floor. It have large living room (sleeping possible) that include an open kitchen and a dining room, a large bedroom (queen size bed 160x200), a small bedroom (single bed 90x200) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Furnished with design objects, quality materials, as well as fabrics in contemporary colors. Cooking enthusiasts, we have equipped our kitchen with crockery and kitchen utensils from a specialist company for hotels and restaurants. Guest access Located in a quiet crossing road, connected to the heart of the pedestrian zone, you can access La Breattitude on foot by rolling your suitcase to the door of the building. After climbing the 5 floors without elevator, you will enjoy a magnificent view and a bright apartment located on the top floor of a building build in the 18th century. If you come by car, the best option is to take an unlimited entry/exit pass (for example 7 days approx. 85 Euros) in the covered car park of Les Sablettes, located two minutes away from the apartment. If you come by plane, there are good connections by train between Nice airport and Menton. Other things to note Like everywhere in the old town of Menton, the buildings are very old and have no lift. To enjoy La Breattitude, you have to walk up 5 floors. As the top two floors are narrow and steep, we advise people with reduced mobility and families with children under 5 not to rent our apartment. The proximity of the sea means that we have the company of seagulls which for some can be noisy. IMPORTANT: We want that our guests feel comfortable in our apartment.
