The farm is in an ideal location from which to explore the local attractions and the Golden Valley. Come and enjoy the peace; get away from those day to day stresses of life that we all know! Hear the birds, take in nature, talk to each other and totally unwind. Witness the joys of spring while lambs leap and the geese gaggle. Beyond the pond we have 2 beautiful bell tents both on decking to sleep up to 4 people and possible a 5th if you contact Mandy. If you don’t see the dates available you were looking for, don’t panic there is another separate listing for each of the 2 tents. You will have your own space to sit around a fire and throw some steak on the barby and there is a fence around each site in case there are sheep in the field, with your own gate to access the field if you fancy a walk across to the river or a game of Frisbee or rounders! We are only a 2 minute walk to Dore Abbey and 5 minute drive to Ewyas Harold Common. The site has no electricity, you will have the following to help you enjoy your stay: Fire pit Charcoal Barbeque Gas hob Fully equipped kitchen Open air hot shower Compost Toilet Barbeque King size bed Solar/battery lighting Parking Dogs - we only allow dogs if owners are happy with them sleeping in their vehicles over night or would like to use our kennel that can be positioned close to the tent. What to bring: - Towels - Extra charcoal for the bbq (also available to buy on site) - Extra wood for the fire (also available to buy on site) - Cool box - I can exchange ice packs if and when needed - Power-bank to charge phones etc - Bedding is provided but you may wish to bring extra blankets Guest access Your glamping area has a gate into the field where you can walk across to the river and spend time on either of our 2 private pebble beaches. Skim a few stones, sun bath or just have a paddle. Other things to note Groups are more than welcome! I have another 3 bell tents, one on decking and 2 that can be put up in your space sleeping 16 in total.
