It was recently remodelled, renewed and decorated by popular Ukrainian designer and is fully equipped with high quality furniture and home appliances. If you plan to cook food, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, cutlery and a dining table for 4 people. The apartment is large enough to be comfortable for a couple with 2 kids and has spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with double bed with high quality orthopedic mattress, which will provide you with the maximum level of comfort after an eventful day. In addition to the bed, there is also a high-quality sofa that can be easily converted into an additional double bed. By prior order, we can install an additional fold-out baby cot for child. The bathroom will also pleasantly surprise you with its coziness and original design. It features a warm floor, very comfortable shower, non-stop hot and cold water, hygienic shower (bidet), hair dryer, towel dryer and very special LED lighting. The apartment has an individual gas heating, laundry washer, cable TV and free WiFi. Fresh sheets and towels are supplied. Guest access You will be able to access and use the apartment with one bedroom, which was specifically designed and furnished with travelers in mind. Nobody will bother you during the stay, as there are no shared spaces whatsoever. Other things to note Attention our Guests!) - Check-in after 23:00 and before 8:00 is not possible. - Hot water is supplied around the clock from a gas boiler. - The temperature in the apartment during the cold season is maintained according to sanitary standards within 21-22 degrees Celsius. - When using the heating, please do not open the window. - Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. - Quiet time in the apartment from 21:00 to 9:00.
