Jet ski & boat rental very close! 1947 Beautiful Craftsman home with large outdoor spaces, organic garden, and BBQ. 4 Bedroom, 2 bath home.  +note - house is thoroughly wiped down (door knobs, light switches, bathrooms, remotes, tables, etc.) with bleach wipes before your arrival. Beds Mattresses are covered and linens/kitchenware are given extra attention. Costco & Target are up the street. Chula Vista is in the top 10th safest city in the U.S., according to FBI crime statistics 2012. 2018 rated second safest city in California. An easy 6 minutes to the Tijuana border & Gaslamp. Right now the Chula Vista Marina is the last 'Old School' marina and is getting a makeover with a 5,000 person convention center..... this is your chance to checkout the THEN before the NOW! Short walk to trolley (blue line - E street) and very short drive 6 minutes to San Diego downtown convention center and airport with easy freeway access. Tijuana, Mexico via trolley is a breeze.
