Private entrance, car parks and 24 hour care taker. The entire villa can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 guests. Common areas would be the living room, kitchen and dinning area, parking and Jacuzzi. On a cove inside Anjuna, yet a few meters away from the main junction. White Castles Anjuna is just 2 to 5 minutes drive from the most happening clubs, resto bars, lounges and restaurants of north Goa. So if in town, I'll be glad to assist you. In any case, my trained staff if there round the clock to take care of your needs Other things to note *Security deposit of INR 10,000 upon check in. A receipt is issued for the same along with an inventory of items provided. The security deposit is refunded upon check out after producing the receipt and provided there is no breakage and damage to the property. *Strictly no visitors staying more than 2 hours and not between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. *Strict segregation of Wet and Dry waste. We believe in living harmoniously with nature. After all, nature nurtures us. Please respect waste management in our home and around. *All homes have cleaning included in the total rent. Please note that cleaning does not include dishes & cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, the guest is entitled to pay during checkout. Guest agrees to keep house, furniture, and furnishings in good order. * Use of swimming pool / Jacuzzi is permitted only if proper swimming costumes are worn. Non compliance will result in preventing further use of facility and INR 10,000 will be charged / deducted from security deposit to drain out the pool / Jacuzzi. Use of swimming pool / Jacuzzi is strictly for the permitted villa guests.
