Charming terraced house from the 1950s at the end of a blind alley in a quiet neighborhood, close to amenities. 7-10 minutes walk to the tram, 9 minutes ride to the city center of Gothenburg or 5 minutes to the shopping center. The space The whole house can be used, except the attic. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. The garden is shared with the nearest neighbor, there is a trampoline and rhubarb to pick. There is a garage under the house but the driveway is shared with the neighbor so it can be a bit tricky to get in. It is advantageous to park along Skänningegatan with about 50 meters walking distance to the entrance. Laundry facilities in the basement The garden is shared with our next door neighbor. The garage is located under the house with access from the back. However, the driveway is shared with the neighbors and is quite narrow so it can be tricky to enter. Parking on the street outside (Skänningegatan) which is 50 m walking distance is preferable.
