Our lovely craftsman home is located five minutes drive from the beach, UBC, and a five minute walk to forest trails in Pacific Spirit Park. Walk to a wide range of good restaurants and other amenities. Self contained private studio guest suite has garden level private entrance, queen size very comfy bed, cable tv, sitting, lounging area. Cooking area provides light cooking facility. Renovated , attractive bathroom, with heated floors. Air purifier.Everything provided for comfort! The space The studio suite has private entrance and is located in a attractive craftsman cottage, garden level, with lots of light. It is nicely decorated , hardwood floors,.The bathroom is beautifully tiled, newly renovated with radiant heated floors. The cooking area has microwave,large toaster oven, cuisinart two burner cooktop, refrigerator,, Utensils, dishes ,pots and frypans are all provided. ..all that is needed for light cooking. Cleanup is in the bathroom with drain board, sponges and dish towels all stored away in the bathroom cabinet. It’s simple but functional. Use of the garden is encouraged in nice weather. Guest access We are a five minute walk to buses that will take you to UBC in ten minutes or downtown in 20 minutes. Street parking is almost always available , though there is a spot behind our garage should it be necessary. Walking down to the beach ( about 10 to 15 minutes) or walking in Pacific Spirit Park ( 5 minutes away) is recommended!
