My cozy and quiet apartment is located in the 11th district, one of the best areas for food and wine, while also being a short 5 min walk to Le Marais and Canal St. Matin. Close access to 5 separate metro lines (incl. République) The space The apartment has everything essential for your stay. There are windows with unobstructed views looking over trees and a courtyard. The location is uniquely quiet, and you can sleep with the windows open and hear the birds sing in the morning. The apartment is easy to access via a digicode and key, and has an elevator that can be used (level 3). Guest access The entire apartment is available to you.
