The room number 3 is located on the 2nd floor, has 2 single beds (each 90x200), a separate entrance. On the 1st floor there is a communal, modern kitchen as well as a living room with fireplace, comfortable seating area with TV and a dining area for up to 6 people. The space The bathroom on the 2nd floor has 1 shower, 1 washbasin and 1 toilet. The common areas are: living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet as well as the hallways and the terrace (possibility of smoking) Guest access As a shared use, there is the large living room on the 1st floor with a cozy seating area, TV and a fireplace for cold winter days (next to Zentralhzg.), as well as the dining area for 4 - 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen. In the garden on the North side, the covered terrace can be used by all guests, where smoking is also allowed. During your stay Availability is always given. Languages: German, English, Italian.
