The private bedroom (double bed) and joint private study and living area + accessable rooftop terrace are very close to Central Station, Berchem Station & has direct connection with the old city centre & shopping places. Two streets further from the flat is the green lung of the city, like Central Park in NYC, but smaller. The space The private bedroom and study area are in my duplex apartment. So bathroom is to share. Upstairs is a fully equiped open kitchen that you are welcome to use, as well as my own dining area. Guest access My guests can enter the entire duplex apartment, only not my working area. During your stay Interaction and feeling welcome are very important to feel home. But I respect everyone's choice to be social or enjoy some time alone in the private area's. Other things to note The Rental Act and the Flemish Housing Code apply to this accommodation, with a minimum rental period of 1 month.
