This high-quality furnished apartment on Lake Tegernsee is the perfect base for your dream vacation on the most beautiful lake in Bavaria. Enjoy the morning breakfast or a nice glass of wine in the evening or on the balcony. Within walking distance you are at the lake, where you will find many restaurants and cafes. In the immediate vicinity you can jog, take a boat on Lake Tegernsee and take long walks on the lake promenade or go hiking. The space Our brand new and lovingly furnished apartment is equipped with one high-quality box-spring bed per bedroom for restful nights. The kitchen is also brand new and contains everything you need for your stay. Upon arrival you will always find tea, coffee, water and Tegernseer Hell, as well as a few additional small items. Equipment and extras: - Free parking in front of the house - Free WIFI - Tea, coffee, water and Tegernseer are prepared on arrival as a welcome - Nespresso machine - Bed linens, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer The apartment has a size of approx. 105 square meters spread over two levels. For longer stays, there are fresh towels weekly, fresh bed linen every 14 days. The following is very important to us: In fairness, we would like to tell you BEFOREHAND that the apartment, despite its size, has only ONE relatively small bathroom, as an extension as part of the extensive renovation was unfortunately not possible for technical reasons... So if you value a large wellness temple, you should know beforehand that you will NOT find it here... ;-) As you can see from the floor plan, the kitchen is also for max. 2 people, so the dining area is also separate right in front of the kitchen. Joint cooking evenings for four will be difficult... ;-)
