Our place is within walking distance to restaurants, hospitals, and schools. It is located along E. Rodriguez in Quezon City, which is a short ride away from Tomas Morato and Timog. The area has good road connections to Manila, San Juan, and Makati. Additional Note Due to COVID-19, the building admin required all guests to sign a Health Declaration Form and lab tests or medical certificates, Vaccination Card and Valid ID The space Our one-bedroom condo unit is partially furnished and may not have all the fancy amenities. It is, however, clean, comfortable and simple. We always make sure our tenants have a clean and comfy place to live. If you prefer a clean and simple space over luxurious amenities, our condo unit may be perfect for you. Guest access Hello! Just wanted to let you know that some of the amenities may have limited access due to the preventive measures taken by the building administration amidst the COVID-19 situation. Other things to note Please be reminded that smoking is strictly prohibited in our premises. There is also a cleaning fee that will be charged upon check-in and check-out only. We kindly request that you keep our place clean and organized during your stay. We do not accept cleaning services while you are staying with us as we value your privacy and security. Please dispose of your trash responsibly and always make sure to secure the unit every time you leave. We kindly ask you to treat it with the same care and attention as you would your own.
