This exceptional property will allow you to spend a relaxing stay with family or friends/colleagues in a bucolic environment in the heart of Alsatian nature. You can enjoy the outdoor hot tub with mountain views or "under the stars" and use the hammam for your relaxation (indoors). Possibility to have 5 people simultaneously in the hot tub and 5 in the hammam and vice versa. The space This exceptional chalet is located close to the village of Grendelbuch. The property is located in a valley surrounded by meadows and forests, thus offering an ideal resort for those seeking rest. Due to its moderate altitude, 550 meters, and its proximity to Strasbourg (40 min by car), this residence allows you to make beautiful hikes thanks to the many trails. This carefully decorated chalet is composed of 4 bedrooms upstairs, each with two twin beds that can be separated on request. The raised ground floor offers a bright, fully air-conditioned (reversible) living room with unobstructed views of the valley and surrounding woods. The lounge area features comfortable sofas facing a fireplace and a giant screen. The dining room is equipped with a table for 10 people and an authentic Kachelofe (Alsatian earthenware wood stove) allowing you to spend memorable meals in the warmth. A sofa bed is also installed in a corner for one to two adults or two children. The large kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, electric plancha, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils needed for a good stay including raclette and fondue service. The bathroom has a large shower, double sink, washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. Wi-Fi is available (fiber) and mobile air conditioning is available on request. Heating is central and through the fireplace and stove. The outside of the residence completely oriented towards the valley and the forest offers a relaxing and extremely quiet setting. You can enjoy the hot tub surrounded by nature and to rest you have at your disposal a hammam that diffuses eucalyptus vapors. You can simultaneously enjoy 5 in the jacuzzi and 5 in the hammam and vice versa. A dining table and barbecue complete the amenities of this chalet.
