Small house but has everything you could need and does not feel small with brand-new full-size appliances. Has one comfy queen size bed and one futon with a full-size kitchen, bathroom and living room. With two private entryways and plenty of parking. Also, two big wall mounted flat screen TV's inside with entertainment apps. Has a big, shared backyard with a BBQ on covered patio and plenty of parking with easy access. So, keep in mind you will have close neighbors and a shared backyard but still plenty of space and privacy. Unlimited fast Wi-Fi access and two smart flat screen TV's inside with many free apps (No Cable). Fully stocked with all the essentials and the house is kept very clean. Two entrance gates on either right side or left side of front house leading to back of the property. There is also ally access behind property with private entry gate for unloading. Plenty of on street parking only (No Driveway Parking), with brand new streetlamp in front to better see at night and for security. Everything inside and around the space is there for you to use. Other things to note **When messaging about the property, please always include exactly how many people & vehicles will be staying / visiting and the reason for coming here. Thanks :) ***When reservation is confirmed guests agree upfront into a innkeeper license agreement and that your stay is temporary. Stating that you are clearly a guest (temporary occupant) and not a tenant.
