Located within walking distance to heart of Southside and very short rides to Downtown, Strip district, Oakland, Shadyside and North Shore (Only minutes away by bike or public transportation). This spot will keep you close to everything and comfortable at the same time. The view never gets old! The space Location with a view! You have two private rooms. Room 1 is equipped with a queen bed, TV (Amazon fire-stick to stream shows or hook up your own computer), dresser, spacious closet (Hangers included), private balcony (Skyline of Pittsburgh view). Room 2 is equipped with a day bed, additional mattress can be pulled out from underneath the day bed (if requested). Room 2 also includes a table, two chairs, TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and an electric kettle which should handle most of your kitchen needs (no full kitchen). Don't forget your own private spacious bathroom. This space is great for couples, solo adventurers, friends, business travelers and families. Guest access You will have range to two private rooms, private balcony, private bathroom, and your very own entrance. There is no shared space, so this is essentially your own apartment. There is no kitchen (However, a mini-fridge, microwave, and an electric kettle are provided), but you are provided Also, there is very easy parking on a quiet dead end street. The parking is FREE, but DO NOT park in front of any do 'No Parking Signs.' These signs are only located outside the house next door which would prevent them from exiting their parking pad. Outside of that, there is plenty of parking especially on Arlington Avenue (connecting street).
