A small wooden two-storey house in a mandarin garden in Batumi. The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a small courtyard, barbecue, hammock and a table under the shade of citrus trees. If you want to live in the city, but feel surrounded by nature and silence, this is the place for you. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. In summer, a 2.5×2.5m swimming pool is installed in the yard. The space The house has two floors. On the first floor there is a living room with a kitchen corner, sofa, armchair and bathroom. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a mattress on the floor. The house has hot water, air conditioning, heating system, TV, fridge. Other things to note For long-term rentals of 28 days or more, guests pay for utilities, gas and electricity according to the meter. If necessary, we can provide you with a rental car.
