J's Beach House is < a 5 minute walk to the beach! My cottage is equipped with a private hot tub and fireplace. This cottage is a 2-bedroom plus kids loft, screen porch, hot tub, fire pit, plus walking distance to Townline Beach! The space J's is an open layout with skylights, vaulted ceilings and wood floors throughout. There is plenty of deck space for outdoor enjoyment, including a private deck with hot tub and a screened-in porch for eating or relaxing. This space is ideal for two couples, a small group of friends or family to unwind. Please contact me before booking if you have an infant. Our place is a tiny house, so can be "cozy" if trying to use a pack 'n play. Bedrooms are "efficient" in space. There are closets and drawers to place your things. We have 2 tandem parking spots. The cottage is equipped with a full-size kitchen for eating in and a charcoal grill next to the deck. A booster chair can be found in the bedroom closet. J's does not have a fire pit but there is a fireplace for relaxing during a movie or game night! You have your pick of public beaches in walking distance. Simply walk north to Berrien St. Beach (no stairs) or Miller St. Beach (stairs, but closer to property). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage, deck space and some common area. The hot tub is accessible from one of the bedrooms or from the privacy fence on deck. There are 2 tandem spots in front of cottage. Driveway is shared by next-door cottage. Other things to note TV is equipped with Netflix and Amazon, located in the living room. Sorry - we do not have cable/live TV. There is a wireless speaker for music. Cleaning fees: I pay my cleaner fairly and all fees charged to guests go toward cleaning, linen washing and hot tub cleaning. Our hot tub is professionally cleaned weekly. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit + fan and will cool the entire cottage when doors are left open. During cold nights, our cottage has baseboard heating throughout the place. The cottage has a 3-person couch, oversized chair and additional chair for lounging in the living room. There are board games and a JBL speaker by the fire place. There is a small 4-person kitchen table that straddles the kitchen and living room. The screen porch faces the driveway and has string lights, 4-person table and two sitting chairs.
