Modern+cozy 3-room apartment in HD (Apt. 3)

For bookings from October 1, 2025, an overnight tax (City Tax) will be charged. Per person over the age of 17, we as the landlord must pay a fee for the first 5 nights of 3.50 euros/night to the city. The city tax is payable to us in cash during the stay. For rentals of 4 weeks or more, we provide a free interim cleaning service. This is mandatory. The space Our apartment 3 is a 3-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Each room is equipped with 2 box spring beds of 120 x 200 cm. These can be separated or put together. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, pad coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Our apartment 3 is centrally located in the Kirchheim district of Heidelberg. The center of Heidelberg Bismarkplatz is 5 km away. Public transport is within a few minutes' walk. Guest access We have a backyard where there are seating and accommodation options. Parking is available on the street free of charge. Other things to note We offer WiFi for basic use free of charge; However, this is not designed for data-intensive applications or professional purposes with increased requirements.
