My paradise in Nice

Fully private and air-conditioned room in a bourgeois villa in the center of Nice. Direct access to the beach, tram (5-minute walk). You will be seduced by the large terrace just for you! The room has its own entrance and there is no one opposite. Unique in Nice! A refrigerator and microwave oven are available in the room. You can park in front of the villa in a secure and private location. Access to the Villa is via a digicode gate. The space Terrace, parking, beach - you are close to everything. Guest access Large bedroom with private bathroom During your stay We fell in love with this villa and would love to share some of the beautiful features with you. The private bedroom has a private rooftop terrace with gorgeous views of trees and garden. We live on the premises but the house is big and the private access means that we may not bump into each other at all.
