You will be staying in a very spacious private room in a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom home, with a shared kitchen and shared restrooms. You will have access to all 3 bathrooms so there is always a bathroom available for your use. This room is at the far end of the house opposite of the kitchen and bathrooms. This is an important feature to note if you want to be right next to those areas. Message us and we will let you know if we something that will better accommodate your needs. Guests love this room because of how spacious it is. The room has a new Hotel Inspired KING size Sterns & Foster mattress with a medium soft gel foam topper, fresh clean sheets & pillows. There is a TV, Microwave, and kitchen cart in the room. You also have a PRIVATE dining table with bar height leather chairs so you can enjoy a wonderful dinner in a space you can truly call your own. We have a 50 inch HD plasma flat screen TV, ((TWC Cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime), high speed wireless internet, air conditioning, heating, two ceiling fans, large window, desk with wifi and Ethernet hook ups. There are free laundry machines in the home. Newly renovated bathroom with a rainfall shower makes for a wonderfully refreshing spa like shower experience. Free private parking on the property is very convenient. The house features self check in until till 10 pm. The home has combination smart locks and automatic lighting so making your way through the home is easy. Smoking marijuana outside in a private residence is LEGAL in California. Therefore we request that our guests smoke outside. Vaping and smoking causes a smell that dissipates and DISTURBS other guests. For this reason we charge a fee to violators that are not considerate of our house rules.
