VU-HUESCA-17-087 The space The apartment is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with large closets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, blender and household utensils. It has bedding (sheets and blankets), iron. In the bathroom you will find towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and a hairdryer. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check-in from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm is included in the price. Check-in from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm has a surcharge of €20 to be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM has a surcharge of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in from 12:00 AM onwards must be done upon request. Check-out is until 12:00 noon. If you need to enter the apartment before 4:00 pm or leave after 12:00 pm, there is a surcharge of €20. CHECK AVAILABILITY IN ADVANCE Additional supplements are NOT included in the website rates. KEYS A set of keys is provided. In case of loss, a €25 fee will be charged to make a replacement copy. If you have to return to the apartment a second time to open it due to lost keys or because you have forgotten them inside, €30 will be charged for travel. CLEANING The cleaning price includes the washing of sheets, towels and general cleaning of the apartment and its elements. This section does not include excessive cleaning, garbage collection, dirt, grease, stains on sheets and towels, etc. In these cases, an additional cleaning and laundry supplement of €30 is applied to restore the cleanliness of the items, NOT included in the rates on the website. TOBACCO Out of respect for other guests, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Lighting candles and incense is also not allowed. GOOD NEIGHBORS We understand that our guests are enjoying their vacation, so we wish them a pleasant stay. The building is inhabited by people who need to rest to attend their daily workday, so we suggest reasonable behavior. We ask you to comply with the rules of the community of owners, especially with the hours of rest (11:00 pm to 08:00 am), and must be respectful of the people who live in the building. Guest access The apartment is completely at the guest's disposal and you can make use of all the elements described on the website. During the stay, it is not shared with other guests.
