Care must be taken when using the stairs. The entire guest house is yours during your stay. The guest house is a separate home behind our residence. The pool and hot tub are between our house and the guesthouse. The pool is shared with our family. You can have private use of the hot tub after 9 pm. (Owner assistance to turn on the hot tub. During the winter it takes about an hour to heat up). Fire pit available to make s’mores during the winter months. We love meeting new people and will answer any questions you might have. We live at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of trees on two acres. Walking in the neighborhood is very safe. You need a vehicle to get around. We are at the end of a road, so it is very quiet and secluded. *If the outside temperature is below 35 degrees, the emergency freeze prevention overrides all settings and the hot tub cannot be heated.
