This high ceiling industrial loft is located in the heart of the historical center of Athens next to Psyri square, on the 7th floor of a former clothing factory with a big balcony viewing on Lycabetus hill. It was renovated in May 2020, with spacious bedroom and a big sofa-bed can accommodate comfortably up to 4 people. It is ideal for young adventurers, couples and families. The space I’m an architect and I recently renovated this apartment of the former manufacturing facility and turn into a modern and spacious loft. It is minimally decorated and fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, A/C, 55’’ SMART TV with Netflix, modern open kitchen, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, iron and hair dryer. Clean bed linen and towels are also provided. I do emphasise on the funcionality and the hygiene of the apartment and for this reason everything you may need is easily accessible with minimum effort.
