Non smoking home with a Small bedroom with single bed, dresser and closet. Shared bathroom with shower. Perfect for overflow for out of town guests for the holiday. *Although I do have central heating and air this room dos NOT have a direct vent in the bedroom. I do have a small infrared heater for the winter and there is a window air-conditioner in the landing and I do supply a fan. Guest access Guest will have a private bedroom with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Available washer and dryer. During your stay I live at the home and will be available for questions and concerns. I do not mind socializing with guests but will give them privacy.
