Fuxiao Building is located in a 6th floor elevator apartment, close to Hengchun Old Street, next to a shopping mall and market, and easy to park. The apartment is close to Starbucks and McDonald's on the provincial highway, and it is very convenient to travel north and south, whether you are going to Kenting Street or Manchuria Jialesui. The apartment has a large balcony in front and back, bright and spacious, the living room faces Hengchun Guanshan (west) with a large floor-to-ceiling window and an open outdoor balcony, where you can watch the sunset. The kitchen and dining room face Chiniu Mountain (East) and have a large indoor balcony (laundry and drying room), an ensuite (with bathroom), two elegant rooms, a shared bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the elevator building, with TV, air conditioning, and WiFi, as well as a washing machine, suitable for long-term rentals, with a comfortable green space for a lazy holiday. The space 公寓有三間臥房，ㄧ間2人套房（含一間衛浴），另有兩間2人雅房，可共用一間公共衛浴；房價及開放房間數均依旅客人數而定。 如 1~2位旅客開放一間套房 3~4位旅客開放一間套房及一間雅房 5~6位旅客開放一間套房及二間雅房 臥房內沒有電視，但都有對外窗，以及空調。公寓提供簡單舒適的就寢空間，希望來的旅客可以一夜好眠。 因考量疫情及節能減碳因素，旅宿未提供毛巾、牙刷及牙膏等個人衛生用品，請您入住時記得攜帶喔！ The guest house get 3 room, 1 private bathroom and 1 shared bathroom. The limit of each room is 2 people. Extra bed is not available. The number of rooms available depended on the number of guests. ex: 1~2 Guests -> 1 room will be available. 3~4 Guests ->2 rooms will be available. 5~6 Guests ->3 rooms will available. For the COVID19 and carbon reduction. We don’t provide the towel ,toothpaste,toothbrush. Please bring the personal hygiene products,thanks a lot. Guest access The apartment only accepts one group of guests at a time, up to 6 people (3 rooms) and at least 2 people (1 room) at a time, except for the building stairs, entrance, and elevator access, the entire apartment space is for the guest's exclusive use. Nevertheless, we are still an "incomplete private homestay" because the apartment caretaker needs to enter the apartment from time to time in the morning and evening to water the plants and clean the kitchen and toilet trash for guests, so that guests can enjoy a comfortable and carefree living space, and of course, we will inform the guests who have already checked in before entering the apartment. The apartment is a private residence, and there are still some of the owner's personal belongings in the space, but there is no restriction on the use of the guest, as long as they are not damaged and are returned. However, the facilities provided in the living common space (living room, kitchen, dining room) are for the exclusive use of the guests, but please use them with care. If you are not sure how to use them, you can read the instruction card or ask the housekeeper. If there is any damage or loss must ask the compensation based on market price. 3. 旅宿的電器物品操作方式不同(影音設備等)，如需使用請告知管家，管家會為您親自服務指導如何操作，或者告知你使用上的注意事項，以防操作損壞需照價維修賠償。 If getting any question on operating of the electrical items in the guest house, please be free to inform the housekeeper. The housekeeper will personally guide you how to operate. 4. 外出時請關閉窗戶、鎖上房門，以及客廳大門，以防宵小入侵。若因個人因素導致私人物品遺失，本民宿恕不負責。 Please close the windows, lock the door of the room and the gate when you go out. If get any lost due to personal factors, the guest house will not be responsible. 5. 旅宿的鑰匙附有電梯磁鎖、1F鐵門、玄關鐵門、屋內大門、及各房間鑰匙，外出時請收好保管，如有遺失或損毀，需照價賠償。 The guest would get the keys of the iron door at 1F, the doors of the gate, the doors of each room and the elevator sensor. Please keep them during stay. If there is any loss , the compensation shall be made according to the price. 6. 拂曉樓一次只接待一組旅客，但不是「完全包棟民宿」，續住的旅客請包容管家早晚會至客廳、廚房區域清潔垃圾及整理照顧花草，我們也會尊重您，如果在未告知的狀況下不會進出打擾。 This guest house is not a private villa. The housekeeper will come to clean the living room, kitchen and the garbage and sort out the flowers and plants after announcement. 7. 本民宿禁止攜帶寵物入住，如不告知而發現者，將酌收善後清潔費。 Pets are not allowed in the guest house . It will be charged if bring the pets. 8. 本民宿非兒童安全的遊戲活動空間，請家長務必注意12歲以下的孩童活動，盡可能不要在室內跑跳遊戲。前後陽台區域未加裝防護，請有孩童的旅客配合我們『強制禁止12歲以下兒童進入』，以免發生意外或不可挽救之後果。 Please do not run and jump in the guest house. The children under 12 years old is not allowed entrance the balcony areas. 9. 除了廚房空間，我們禁止在室內、房間內及陽台用火、烹煮食物或烤肉，請利用我們完善的廚房與餐廳 (請自備食材)，使用完畢後請將廚房和餐廳順手清洗乾淨並且歸位一切用品，請維護居住環境的整潔。 Please don't cook except the kitchen or barbecue and make a fire in the guest house. Please keep clean and tidy after using the kitchen and restaurant. 10. 禁止在室內空間 (房間、衛浴、客廳、廚房、餐廳、洗衣間、樓梯間、電梯) 抽菸，本民宿備有戶外吸菸區(陽台)，如有發現在室內抽菸者，本民宿將酌收環境空氣清潔費。 Smoking in the indoor spaces (rooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, restaurant, laundry room, stairwells, elevator) is forbidden. The smoking area in on the front balcony. The fine will been if smoking indoor. 11. 禁止使用禁藥、毒品，如有發現，旅宿主人與管家將立即報案舉發。 Using the drugs in the guest house is forbidden. If it is happened, the host will call the police immediately. 12. 使用酒精性飲料請斟酌適量，請將酒瓶罐分類回收(放置回收桶)，並保持環境整潔，請勿酒醉鬧事影響大樓社區安寧。如有酒後留下的髒亂穢物(嘔吐物)，旅宿將酌收環境清潔費。 Please consider for drinking alcohol and put the cans or bottles into the recycling bin, and keep the environment clean and tidy. If there is any mess (vomit) left after drinking, it will be charged for the cleaning fee. 13. 因拂曉樓旅宿位在住宅區的公寓華夏，前後左右都有鄰居，為不影響鄰舍，請在晚上9點之後調整音量，不大聲喧嘩，或在屋裡跑跳。 Please keep the volume down after 9 pm. 14. 旅宿位於公寓華夏的6樓，上下進出須乘坐電梯，因電梯老舊，偶爾會有故障之情形，如遇電梯無法依指示移動或在行動中停止上下，請立即致電管家，請勿驚慌，我們會立即趕到現場處理。(電梯感應器上的鑰匙環有緊急聯絡電話) The elevator is old and it will be invalid occasionally.
