Green Hill House

This cozy guest house on the north-eastern slope of Szent György Hill, in the heart of the Badacsony Wine Region, has fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. It’s idyllic location makes it a quiet place to relax, but it’s still only a 12-minute drive from the shores of Lake Balaton. The cottage, located among vineyards and fields, was stylishly renovated in June 2020, and is only 1 km from the center of the village of Kisapáti. NTAK: MA20014590 The space The guest house is open all year round: fall and winter are both ideal for getting to know the ever-evolving landscapes of one of the most beautiful regions of the Balaton Uplands. IMPORTANT: You may rent the house from Monday to Friday (4 nights), Friday to Monday (3 nights), or Friday to Friday (7 nights). The House Everything here feels like coming home. Upon entering, one has the feeling they’ve known the place for a long time. Put down your bags, take a seat on the spacious terrace off the living room, and enjoy a fine wine at sunset. You’ve arrived. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Its upper level consists of a large terrace, a living room, a kitchen and dining area, and a bedroom/salon with an ensuite bathroom, complete with shower. From here you can access the small gallery with a ladder, where you’ll find two mattresses suitable for younger guests. The other bedroom has its own separate entrance and is on the ground floor. The house is equipped with essential accessories and household appliances, and you will find everything you need for a relaxation: refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, stove, dishes, pans, cutlery, and hair dryer are all supplied. Wifi is available. If you’re interested in being a guest, or in possible activities, feel free to inquire in Hungarian and English. We are happy to organize wine tastings, hikes, bike tours of the region, and other programmes, and to provide information to make your retreat an unforgettable experience.
