La Terrazza is a bright apartment that enjoys a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and the Rocca di Angera. Despite being in a quiet residential area, just 300 meters from a pretty beach, it is very close to shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacy as well as only 50 minutes by train from Milan. The apartment is equipped with smart TV, air conditioning in the living area, washing machine, microwave, kettle, WIFI, Netflix and parking. PRIVATE SOLARIUM!
