Bright cocoon near Gambetta

Welcome to our bright and cozy 14 m² studio, located on a rooftop in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. It's beautiful and brand new since June 2020! It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in a small 1930s building. The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 people. It is ideally located near the vibrant Belleville district, Jourdain, the Père Lachaise Cemetery, Ménilmontant/Oberkampf and the many cafes, bars and restaurants of Gambetta. Enjoy your stay! The space The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfectly suited for a tourist or business stay in Paris. It will be greatly appreciated for its proximity to local favorites. Please feel free to ask me for great recommendations ;) You will sleep in a very comfortable double bed (140 x 190) that rises to the ceiling to allow you to fully enjoy your stay. In the event of a heat wave or a heat spell, we can offer you, in addition to the 2 fans, a portable air conditioner with an exhaust hose through the window. As the device is bulky, it is not permanently in the studio. The studio is highly appreciated by guests for its brightness, character, and design. It is located on a roof (off-limits) and therefore set back from the street for a very quiet stay. Here, you will find: iron, mini ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. Guest access The place is whole. Other things to note The bed rises to the ceiling very easily. It comes down to 1 meter from the ground, and you have a small step to get on if needed.
